Training with Jarvis is an overall awesome time. He continuously helps me stick to my goals as well as helps me learn how to properly perform different exercises. Jarvis creates a fun atmosphere to train, which definitely helps me as well! I highly recommend using his services for all your training needs/wants!

My original idea was to hire a trainer just to kick-start the new year... I've always worked out independently I'm a very motivated person but I was struggling a bit...I didn't think I was going to be able to afford to have a trainer for more than a month... After a week of training with Ryan I felt so incredible and the results were phenomenal...more than I would get working out everyday independently and I was having fun...I immediately knew that I had to figure out a way to make my personal training with Ryan a commitment in my life...I can't afford not to train is how I feel now and this is the truth...Im forever grateful... I was fortunate enough to be contacted by Leslie when I had some unused training sessions that I had already paid for but the trainer I had signed up with had left the gym. She was so sweet and courteous and it made me get back into the gym again. I not only lost weight but also got a lot stronger working with her. I had some injuries she had to work around and she was always quick to modify an activity if it was causing any pain. She always paid very close attention to my form, and made the workouts fun , but challenging. She is such a genuine person with a real compassion for helping other people. She works well with women and men of all ages and her knowledge, sweet disposition and genuine compassion for others made me look forward to our sessions. It's so nice to be able to achieve the results you want without killing yourself or hurting yourself with a professional who is just as committed to your goals as you are.
I train with Jeff in Saint Petersburg while I was in Florida working. The session was initially 1hr 2-3x per week. He was punctual, have a game plan, and very encouraging in helping me move on to the next level. Training was so fun that the time seems to fly by so fast. I leave training every evening feeling like I have accomplished something. When I tried to slack off he would find ways to get me to do the same thing in a different way. I was recovering from Thyroid surgery and having muscle cramps due to the medication I was taking, he encouraged me to drink more water, do more stretching when I was not training with him and that did really help. Training sessions was fun and invigorating! Surprising to me since I do not like arrange exercise, but every time we met I was ready to get going. His attitude was so encouraging as he talk to me in between sets so that we did not lapse into period of boring silence. I am hard to please, so when I said he is great, believe me. You will be a satisfied customer. Highly recommended! I am now back in New York, that is why I am still not in training.
As a birthday gift our daughter and son presented us with an in home training session with Heather and Roger who coincidentally was chosen through Thumbtack. Our daughter spent hours researching to find a trainer who she felt qualified to suit our needs and it was a great fit! We were not disappointed, they are extremely knowledgeable, not only with different exercises, but also in how the muscles work and relate to one another. Both she and Roger have provided us with extensive workout programs to strengthen and tone our aging muscles (64 yrs old). They were very considerate in making sure we did not strain or hurt ourselves in any way. Heather has kindly divided our training exercises into three separate day workouts to benefit different areas and using only a floor mat, elastic bands and hand weights. My husband and I work as a team, providing encouragement and at the same time doing our part to stay in shape. Ive worked with several trainers the past ten years, but Shane is the only one that got me where I wanted to be physically and also mentally. He helped me improve my nutrition and eating habits (think clean) and rebuild muscles that were just about gone due to several years of total inactivity. The weight came off and I felt better than I had in years! My endurance has really improved and now Ive incorporated kickbox ing and other activities into my workouts, but I continue to train with Shane because I know that when it comes to weight training .well, I just dont manage that important aspect of training as well on my own as when I work out with him! He knows my form, limits and strengths and trains me with efficiency so that with every rep I move closer to my goals plus hes a lot of fun!

before I started training with Archie I lack motivation in the gym, I started training with him twice a week and found myself starting to enjoy life back in the gym, the workouts he put me though we're tough but still really enjoyable! hes workouts always made me want to do better in my next workouts with him, we started out as trainer and client but he became one of my closest friends I have today.
Nohelia is very knowledgeable about fitness. She was able to identify my weak areas quickly and come up with routines to target those muscles.
