Brian Greb catered a holiday party for us where approximately 30 people attended. There were many prepared appetizers such as stuffed mushrooms-2 ways-,
smoked salmon dip, pork tenderloin, skirt steak, fresh berries with a balsamic reduction, and many others. It was all done professionally and with great care. My guests were more than impressed. He and his assistant also did a wonderful job with clean up.
