Jonathan Wiener says, "I want to give a thank you to Southern Coast Air Conditioning and a special thank you to our technician Kenny Purdy for fixing our problem quickly. I highly recommend the company and if you can request a technician, request Kenny!My condenser of my HVAC unit went out. I called Southern Coast Wednesday afternoon and they dispatched someone right away with an expected time of 4pm - 6pm. Kenny showed up at 4pm, I couldnt believe the timing! Kenny diagnosed the issue quick and my AC was up and running in an hour. However the A+ service didnt stop there. Kenny professionally recommended us to change the condenser motor cause it was on its way out and remove some of the hedges to help air flow and ease the strain on the equipment. Kenny showed back up on Friday to install the new motor. He greets me removing the hedges with loppers, but he had better tools which he let me use. Kenny went up and beyond to get our condenser to a good working condition and we are grateful for the service."See more
