I was having some problems with my computer and my home automation system and found this company and called the owner William Amon. He was extremely nice and informative and explained what he does. He works on home automation, computer repair, and restoration, and so much more. What really got my attention was doing away with the cable television. We discussed some of my needs over the phone and he said it would be better to come over and survey what my issues were. Unlike many people, he showed up on time and had a full mask on with gloves and removed his shoes immediately. That was an excellent first impression. We went through everything and to make a long story short he repaired my computer, did away with my cable TV, and that would save me approximately 55% of what I was paying the cable company (over $1200 per year in savings). We made arrangements for him to come the next day and he did promptly and installed new equipment which he recommended and picked up for me. I might add that he found it on sale, so that save me a few extra dollars. Bill did everything in one day. I can't express how happy both my wife and myself are with our new cable-free TV system. We now have at least four or five times the amount of programs that we had from AT&T previously. He has supplied me with the best service at a very reasonable price and I highly recommend him for all of your computer needs.

Billy was great. I needed some files transferred off of my laptop and he went out of his way to help me. He was responsive and called me back immediately. Billy had the job done in less than a day and keep me updated on his progress.He is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I enlisted the help of Billy Amon with TechWise, LLC recently. Billy was very responsive and came over to do a thorough assessment of our cable and internet situation. The hour assessment was enlightening and we had many options presented to us to improve our set-up. Bill followed up with emails and answered all my questions. He allowed us the time to consider the options and do our own research. He was spot on and was able to perform all the work we needed very quickly and accurately. Our ask was to cut the cord but we got more out of it. We decided on ROKU+ and he set up everything on our 3 TVs and even provided our Google nest & AT&T home internet with improvements so everything is easier for us and a more solid connection. He gave me recommendations for laptop choices, helped with our WEMO, gave cheaper land line options and fax alternatives. The best thing was everything worked the first time! We are very pleased with the results, the follow up, the focused attention and the knowledge Billy provided. We are a little tech savvy but didnt want the hassle of taking time to research and then having to struggle with the installation that usually includes plenty of friction. Billy took all the stress and the unknowns away from that process and now we are confident in our choice and comfortable with the technology. We also know hes just a call, text or email away if we need him. I highly recommend Billy, Techwise LLC for your tech consulting needs. The experience was totally worth it!

We were having consistent issues with our Xfinity internet and after spending a full day calling Netgear, Speaking with Xfinity and Eero I had Billy come over and take a look. He was super courteous, professional and knowledgeable! Instead of having to drive 20+ miles to get a new router from Xfinity (stores were closed by me because of the quarantine) he fixed the issue and I have had terrific service ever since. Super pleased and cant recommend him enough. After he helped with the internet I asked him what else he could do. He then helped me connect my TV with an antenna to receive cable for free, I had been trying for weeks but couldnt get the input to change to antenna and wasnt able to scan for channels without the original remote. He figured out a way and now I have free cable in my office as well! Amazing work!!! Thank you again Billy!!
