John and his team were hired to lay tile for my kitchen renovation that was being done by another company. They arrived on time and prepared to work. John’s attention to detail was phenomenal, he explained the importance of focal points and how they affect the overall appearance of the result. This prevented me from making a huge aesthetical mistake. He made himself available to me and answered any question I had and was very flexible with working around the cabinet installers and the quality of his work was amazing. I truly got my money’s worth with John. I will be using him to tile the rest of my home. I highly recommend him for all your tiling needs.

I’ve used Marakii countless times on my projects since 2011. It’s a family business spanning two generations specializing in all things tile and general flooring needs.
Commercial or residential, John will do his best to work with you and walk you through the process of his scope of work and can even help with design ideas if needed.
Marakii is budget conscious and also help with value engineering your project as well.
If you’re looking for high quality tile work from a great contractor then look no further!

They redid my mother's shower after it was wrecked by a previous contractor. So, they had to take out all the tile that was horribly done and the tub linear, and fix and prepare everything for the plumber. Amazing work.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Marakii Inc. to complete the construction on my townhouse, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their exemplary service. From start to finish, the team showcased an admirable eye for attention to detail that truly set them apart.
The scope of work they handled was extensive—completing the install of a new floor, baseboards, painting, screening in my porches, and putting up blinds—every aspect was executed with precision and care. Each task was performed to the highest standard, leaving no room for imperfections.
What impressed me the most was their commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Not only did they finish the job to perfection, but they also left my home spotless, which is a rare trait in the construction industry.
Marakii Inc. exceeded my expectations in every way. Their professionalism, meticulousness, and dedication to delivering high-quality results are second to none. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of construction work. They truly transformed my home into what I imagined!
