Great experience! Raz prepares focuses workouts, including cardio and strength training from head to toe. After a year and a half I've achieved a good physical shape. He also remindes me of the importance of taking care of my mind and my nutrition. It has been a pleasant experience that I intend to continue throughout my life.
I hired Ahmed as a personal trainer 14 months ago, hoping to get lean and defined. I'm in my late 40's, and I needed a skilled pro to help motivate me and to achieve the specific results that I wanted. Ahmed listened to my inputs, set some goals, and we developed a great fitness plan. Diet and nutrition were included (normally overlooked by other trainers). I achieved most of my goals quickly, and I learned proper lifting form, and I corrected mistakes from years ago. I lost 10lbs (from 158lbs to 148lbs), and I became lean and defined. I look years younger, and I feel younger too. Ahmed has a great understanding of each of his clients - he adjusts workouts so that they're always challenging, pushing you the right amount. How can I best describe Damian other than AMAZING! He's such a nice guy and really knows his stuff. In college I ran track, played a little baseball, did some weight lifting and graduated into CrossFit until I suffering a debilitating back injury from the sport. After 8 months of sitting around in pain feeling sorry for myself and binge drinking I decided enough was enough and I found Damian on Thumbtack. At first we started slow and I've never been so sore in my life lol literally, I was sore for like a week from the 1st workout... but after a while we started building up the weight and I started to see results after just the 4th session with him. Today I am back to lifting and can happily say I am pain free. Thanks for the motivation and support Damian!

Im a 59yo female and have been training all my life. However. I had to switch it to safer workouts due to the fact , that as im aging my body responds different. Don has made a huge change in my fitness curriculum with quick results. Ive been trianing with him for the last 2 years & Ive been able to gain muscle mass & better shape. Most importantly, hw makes you feel like you can achieve that goal all while having fun. Great trainer, great motivator!
Matt is is an awesome trainer. After taking one of his 10 week core classes, my core gained strength and now I'm forming the ab lining like I wanted, but my core isn't the only area I see awesome results. My legs and cardio have bettered times 3. Aside from seeing results better than what I expected, Matt is a fun, supportive trainer, that truly cares about his students. Recommend him big time!
Billy is an amazing trainer. He comes up with such innovate and different workouts each time we train. I would highly recommend having him as a personal trainer.
I have ben with Andres for roughly two years now doing personal training. His training has challenged me in all areas and has produced amazing results for me and my body. Training has ranged from boxing to Olympic lifting to regular plyometric and drills. He has always pushed me to do more and because of that I am finally satisfied with my body image and physical capabilities. I wouldn't ask for another trainer - he poses both professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend him to anyone.
