I contacted Computer Screen Investigators for help with a VoIP phone system. Nick went out of his way to contact the manufacturer of the telephones to determine if the problem was with the actual phones or if it was a problem with the internet connection with the SIP server. The company that manufactures the phones does not offer customer service to end-users, but because he is an authorized seller of the product, he was able to obtain excellent communication with the company which facilitated the process. He was able to make a fairly quick diagnosis, was very, very easy to work with over the telephone and by using his remote assistance system, and very reasonable with regard to fee. There is no question but what I will contact him again for additional services both at home and the office. I am a clinical psychologist and, by definition, my work requires privacy and security. During the course ohis assisting me with the current matter, he identified some areas in which I could use some fortification!
