The last guy we used for our electrical issues was supposed to fix it but he flaked out on us? So went back on here to find someone to repair it and Air Lee came out right way diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price! Air Lee was very professional and let us know everything up front and got it done quickly! Very happy with the results we will be using him from now on for all our electrical needs"See more

I described this to Vicente beforehand in the app and he was not afraid to take on the challenge. He was very prompt to answer my questions and made a great recommendation on which thermostat brand to get based on his extensive experience. He communicated promptly and notified me of when he was on his way. He completed the job very effectively and even tidied up the mess of wiring in the air handler left from previous "professionals". We are very happy that Manny was able to come and check our HVAC. We had several people come and everyone told us we just needed to replace our unit and offered no other options. Then Manny came! He was very professional and honest. He tested our HVAC and explained the issues in detail, even though we still have to replace our unit Manny was able to do a quick inexpensive repair that would at least keep us cool and give us time to replace the HVAC without making quick and desperate decisions. I highly recommend Manny for your HVAC issues, he will go above and beyond for his clients!

I feel very fortunate to have found such a great HVAC technician like Polo. Two out of three of our units were in terrible shape.We were sleeping in 78 degrees and it became unbearable. Polo saved the day by installing top of the line Trane units and WiFi thermostats. Not only was the installation a success but he also managed to do it for a great price. I highly recommend Polo for all of your HVAC needs. Oh during these times when we are very concerned with cleanliness he wore his mask the entire time. I hired advanced cool air to perform a cleaning and tuneup on two of my HVAC units. I had replaced the filters on both units prior to their arrival. The next day I went to check on the units and one of them had some type of smoke fire between the time they cleaned it and the next morning when I went to check on it. There was so much smoke that the filter was completely black and just one night. From the smoke went through the HVAC and onto the walls of my condo, furniture, and floors. In addition, the once insulated condensate line was left without insulation thus causing liquid to accumulate on the lines and to puddle on the electric water heater beneath it and the floor. I immediately called advanced cool air and notified them of this and they said they would send a technician immediately. they asked me to send them pictures which I did and their reply was simply “ we will replace the filter” and no technician ever showed up. Beware of this company.

I’m very certain this individual is not a licensed technician. I contacted him specifically to install a particular blower motor model for my HVAC system and confirmed multiple times that he would use the exact model I requested. Not only did he fail to do that, but when he called me, I could barely understand anything he was saying—communication was nearly impossible. After repeatedly asking him to send a picture of the part he installed, I discovered he used a cheap $100 unit from India, completely different from what was agreed upon. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a used part bought off eBay. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. It feels like a clear attempt to cut corners and scam customers. I’m now seriously concerned that his work could damage my $10,000 HVAC system. This person should be removed from the platform immediately. Not to mention, I told him multiple times that I’m not going to pay any Zelle or Cash apps - it was very silly of me not to raise concerns and just avoid him from the beginning
