We are very happy that Manny was able to come and check our HVAC. We had several people come and everyone told us we just needed to replace our unit and offered no other options. Then Manny came! He was very professional and honest. He tested our HVAC and explained the issues in detail, even though we still have to replace our unit Manny was able to do a quick inexpensive repair that would at least keep us cool and give us time to replace the HVAC without making quick and desperate decisions. I highly recommend Manny for your HVAC issues, he will go above and beyond for his clients!

I feel very fortunate to have found such a great HVAC technician like Polo. Two out of three of our units were in terrible shape.We were sleeping in 78 degrees and it became unbearable. Polo saved the day by installing top of the line Trane units and WiFi thermostats. Not only was the installation a success but he also managed to do it for a great price. I highly recommend Polo for all of your HVAC needs. Oh during these times when we are very concerned with cleanliness he wore his mask the entire time. And he even laid out a paper path to avoid tracking in dirt. Brilliant work Polo!

Very responsive and quality affordable service. Contacted them at 11pm not expecting a response right away but within about 20 min I was reached out to by someone and had an appointment schedule for the next morning. Although nothing major was wrong, they still explaining to me what they inspected and the overall health of my HVAC system. Will definitely be using again.

Advance Cool Air
I hired advanced cool air to perform a cleaning and tuneup on two of my HVAC units.
I had replaced the filters on both units prior to their arrival. The next day I went to check on the units and one of them had some type of smoke fire between the time they cleaned it and the next morning when I went to check on it. There was so much smoke that the filter was completely black and just one night.
From the smoke went through the HVAC and onto the walls of my condo, furniture, and floors.
In addition, the once insulated condensate line was left without insulation thus causing liquid to accumulate on the lines and to puddle on the electric water heater beneath it and the floor.
I immediately called advanced cool air and notified them of this and they said they would send a technician immediately. they asked me to send them pictures which I did and their reply was simply “ we will replace the filter” and no technician ever showed up.
Beware of this company.

Nice guy but waste of time and $ the repairs and replacements he recommended did not work. Tried other AC techs who were quick to refund if the part they tried didn't work. He wouldn't refund the part. Just kept suggesting new things to install (that other HVAC techs did not recommend or think were a problem).
It's hard to find reliable person who isn't just guessing and charging you for random parts to replace. Also installed a higher voltage capacitor that other techs said would actually harm the system. Still wouldn't refund the part.

All Year Cooling
All Year Cooling was very professional and took a comprehensive approach to my HVAC installation (e.g. included a new concrete base for the compressor, obtained a city permit, set up the inspection appointment). They didn't accurately measure/consider the size of the new air handler, so installation was a challenge (which the technician overcame, but barely).
My new unit is pending inspection, yet All Year Cooling already charged my credit card for the total amount despite me requesting otherwise. I presume all will go well with the inspection so this will not become an issue.
