Please be careful hiring contractor based on price alone & remember to compare "apples-to-apples" - don't just look at the bottom line. Some may give you a low ball price & make it up with change orders later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Very important to meet the customer at the site where the project will take place. 1. To better understand the site conditions 2. To gain a comfort level with each other as we will be working closely together over the duration of work & need to be able to work well together for the ultimate success of the project
