We called Mario (the owner) and told him what we needed to do since we were going to sell the property. Turns out Mario flips homes himself and knew exactly what we were looking for.Mario came to the house and gave an initial quote. We thought it was fairly priced and gave the green light. Like all projects, demolition discovered some unexpected issues. Also, and more importantly, Mario had many good recommendations on how to prepare the house for sale and incorporate the change orders while keeping us on budget.End of story, the house was on the market for one weekend and we are under contract. The Volcan team came in everyday for almost 10days straight to complete the new den that was made out of an old condemned garage in my home. His sincerity was keen to my needs and saw the trouble I was in so he demo’d and repaired and constructed everything with his all star team. Best yet he gave me a great price for everything done. It looks night and day and such a pleasure to be in that space in my house after working in there day in and day out. Definitely will be contracting them again for all my other renovations in the house. Very respectful of your property and time and sticks to his word and delivery. Thank you so much again and we’ll talk soon! Saving up for the next project!"See more
