And HAMD MADE GNOCCHI for everyone. I believe Chef Carlos was up for many hours the night before rolling out the tiny gnocchi for my guests- now that's service! Cocktail hour was such a hit that my guests are still craving the chicken and waffles and bacon wrapped, goat cheese stuffed dates! (Ps- Please let Brian add bacon to your menu! They are bacon magicians). I had such a wonderful experience working with Brian and his entire team from the private food tasting, to his help with referrals, to my wedding day. Brian's staff was professional, looked great, was earlier than on time and even had everything cleaned and organized before they left. Now for Brian's wait staff and bartenders- my guests are STILL talking about the level or service they got! Usually people gush over the flowers, the food, or (blush) the bride! But my guests were most impressed with how wonderfully the staff served the food, tended the bar, cleaned up plates, and glasses never went empty! It started pouring after our cocktail hour, so Brian's staff physically moved one of the bars and all the alcohol/ drinks under the tent and kept pouring the bubbly. If there was an issue, I never knew about it. That's what you want on your wedding day- a caterer who serves amazing food and provides your guests with an amazing experience all while keeping you stress free! Thank you Brian, Carlos and team! You guys are my caterers for life !
I am so thrilled that we found Tasty Creations Catering for my daughter's wedding. This is the most professional Catering Company anyone could ever find. The communication between Chef David and his beautiful wife, are outstanding. I had asked question after question and always received responses back immediately or very soon after. They both made me feel special during this whole ordeal with the wedding planning. They were never too busy to communicate. After searching several Catering Companies, Tasty Creations came through with a superb menu for my daughter's wedding. They worked with us according to our budget and never did they make us feel like we were cheap with the dollar amount we were able to afford. Chef David set up a tasting for us and him and his wife came out to our place to do the tasting of appetizers, entrees, side dishes, and even cake tasting. The remarkable thing about Chef David, is that all his food is prepared right in front of you at the tasting and everything is so fresh and delicious. He even cracks jokes while preparing the foods for tasting. He's from North Carolina, which told me right off the bat, that he was going to be good! Chef David is very unique as he comes out to the site of the event and doesn't bring already prepared food to just set on warming trays. He comes out to the event hours about 4 hours in advance and prepares each food item right there! I find that amazing as not many places offer that type of catering service. He is the best in our book and I would never look any further again. He was prompt and his serving staff was very professional looking and super pleasant. The food was so fresh and absolutely the most delicious food we have ever had. It was an honor to hear our guests keep complimenting the meal. As a side note, I was in a bind for our rehearsal dinner, and I contacted Chef David and explained it was short notice but I wanted to see if he could help us out. I told him we had a very limited dollar amount for the rehearsal dinner and explained briefly what we wanted to have that evening. Chef David got back with me a few hours later with a menu plan that was right in our budget and exactly what we were looking for as far as the dinner we had hoped to have. Chef David and Margarita are willing to work with you no matter what your budget may be and you never have to be embarrassed if you are limited in what you can spend. By the way, Chef David is the absolute best lasagna maker! We have ordered numerous trays from him just to have for ourselves for dinner. We have never found any restaurant that can come close to Chef David's lasagna! Hats off to the best Caterer in the world, Chef David from Tasty Creations Catering! (By the way, Chef David, you finally have a hat to wear)! Lol You can't go wrong with Tasty Creations Catering!
As a wedding Planner/decorator I come across plenty of Officiates and I have to tell you no one like Damaris , I hired her for my own wedding OMG she is awesome. She made our wedding so beautiful and special. We had the love letter in the box ceremony everyone was talking about how great of a job she did. She responds quick; she is pleasant, she is punctual; always give clear answers to any questions you may have, great sense of humor Nothing I can say can describe her professionalism and how good she is. Janeal was a pleasure to work with. She was flexible and worked around our dates,time, budget, and taste. She was easily accessible either via text or phone which is a major plus especially when dealing with people in South Florida. Upon our wedding day our home looked perfect and things could not have been any smoother. Janeal also recommended a DJ for our reception and he was affordable and a pleasure to work with. My wife and I will definitely do more business with Janeal and we recommend her to whoever is reading this. They will not be disappointed.
Our initial wedding Officiant had bailed out on us at the last minute- literally a day before our wedding day! We thought our entire wedding was going to be a complete disaster. Michelle was on the phone with us within minutes to go over our vows and ceremony, and to reassure us that everything was going to turn out fine. The end result was more than what we could ever ask for, it was as if we knew her for years. Thank you so so so much Michelle for being there for us!

We decided to get married in a matter of 1 month. We searched several places for venues and the prices were extremely exorbitant for a wedding of 30 people. So we decided to reduced the amount of people invited to our wedding. We were able to have a private, cozy, simple and elegant wedding at my parents house. It was our best decision we have made for a very affordable price. Yrene the manager was exceptional and very professional. We were able to get married as planned on 6/22/18. Thank you for making our dreams come true! My bouquet, table center pieces, table set up, and the food were the best we’ve seen or tasted compared to other wedding celebrations. A little over a year ago we made our first and most important investment for our wedding and that was to hire Ana from Color Me Mine. We had a destination wedding in Florida and needed help bringing it all together. From the first time we spoke with Ana, her kindness and excitement for our wedding were refreshing. Ana took the time to listen to our ideas and presented her expertise and knowledge of wedding planning. Ana always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. That no challenge was too big for her to handle. We loved everything she came up with! Ana even visited us when she was up north in New Jersey, and was relentless on making sure our wedding was the best ever! She even helped bargaining to get us the best deals possible from our vendors!!! Ana worked with us on our wedding to finalize timelines, confirm vendors, run rehearsal, and of course bring it all together on our special day. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. Ana had every little detail worked out, every person in place, every special moment captured, just perfect...We are forever grateful for her hard work, commitment, passion, and enthusiasm that she had for our wedding. She was super organized and we were not worried about a single thing the whole day & night! Ana is phenomenal! Words cannot express my gratitude for Ana. Our wedding was something out of a fairy tale. It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of Ana. We came to her with a simple idea and she worked her magic and brought it to life. Aspire Catering, specifically Elaina and Mike Moran, created the PERFECT Rehearsal Dinner for my 150 guests to kick off my dream wedding weekend on a truly memorable note! My (now) husband and I wanted to get creative and incorporate our honeymoon into the theme of our Rehearsal Dinner and Elaina and Mike went WAY out of their way to make that happen! We created an Italian side of the room (featuring delicious homemade meatballs, focaccia, active pasta station, salads, meats, cheeses, etc) and a Greek side of the room (featuring out of this world homemade hummus, spanakopita, salads, kebobs, vegetable spreads, etc) and my family, friends and out of towners were blown away with the quality and true authenticity of what was created!!!! Aspire Caterings staff was warm and welcoming and truly surpassed all expectations and expectations were high!!! The team also staffed our bar, provided mixers and created a beautiful dessert spread, which also incorporated our honeymoon theme. Mike and Elaina of Aspire Catering listened to my crazy ideas and made all my ideas come to life! They are the greatest people, will become a part of your family and are incredible at what they do!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Aspire Catering for small and large occasions from personal functions to corporate! They also helped setup the entire room, add personalized décor elements and turned a raw space into a beautiful space!!!! Fabulous people, fabulous product, fabulous memories!!! A+++ ALL AROUND!!!
Elaine was with me every step of the way for all of my random questions, thoughts, etc as I was planning my wedding. She even came to my wedding dress alteration sessions, helped me select the perfect robes for my bridesmaids for our "getting ready" photos, met with my florist, came to my meetings with the catering manager at the hotel, and contacted All of my vendors to set up a timeline for The day of. I was having trouble incorporating one of my colors into the decor so she even offered to make beautiful little boxes for the tables that would act as another giveaway and would add a contrasting color to the whole decor. I could not have asked for a more dedicated wedding planner leading up to my actual wedding day.

From beginning to end, working with Bobbie was an absolute pleasure. She took all my ideas and was able to bring them to life better than I ever could. My entire wedding went off without a hitch (we planned the whole thing in 3.5 months!) and I can honestly say I could not have done it without her. All my family and friends raved about her the day of the wedding as well, about how attentive she was towards everyone's needs. I planned a wedding in three weeks and A&A not only took on a tough project but they executed it to precision, according to my exact vision, were very prompt and professional, and helped clean up the entire thing once it was over.
