Andrew was incredibly helpful as I was trying to get back into some sort of exercise regimen. I used to work out regularly in college, but it has been a challenge getting motivated to begin again. Andrew was overwhelmingly encouraging. Despite my slow start in learning the suggested workouts, he was very patient and worked with my limitations. I suffer from some chronic lower back pain and Andrew made recommendations in workout modifications that made my goals achievable. He was able to help me work towards my goals of weight loss and strength training. He was able to "push" me towards new goals during each session without being "pushy." When I was doing an exercise wrong, he would correct me in a professional way and encourage me to keep pressing on. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?• Single Membership—$500/month • Partner Package—$800/month Allows you to assign one friend or family member to any or all of your sessions—even if you aren’t there. It’s just like each of you having your own Single Membership for only $400/month. • Family Package—$1,100/month Allows up to six members of your family to train under a single membership, up to three at a time. • Single Sessions—$60/each Sessions not billed monthly are $60 each, with a minimum purchase of 10. **No contracts are involved in any level of membership. **Discount/Referral Program: You will earn a $100 MONTHLY credit for every active member you refer into a membership of their own. These can stack until your membership is free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?During our first meeting, we'll go through your initial assessment and consultation. This allows me to design your training program as well as your health goals and nutritional steps. This meeting will also give you access to your online training program, accountability group, and more. As you work through your Primary training program, successfully reach milestones, and build new habits, we’ll make sure to reassess frequently enough to keep your program updated. This way every session will strike the right balance what you want and what you need.
