- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees can vary depending on the size of the home and type of inspection. I offer discounts to: First Responders, Military, Teachers and 1st Time Home Buyers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will do my best to accommodate your time and schedule. You can book through Thumbtack or Call me Directly. Once scheduled, you can join me on site as I inspect your home, complete your wind mitigation report or your 4-Point inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In additional to completing the state required training requirements to be a licensed Home Inspector (State of FL), I have trained with senior home inspectors throughout SFL. I'm InterNACHI certified and I have completed countless hours of continued education hours. My background is in network engineering. I'm a troubleshooter and problem solver by nature. My objective is to ensure your new home is safe for you and your family 1st and foremost.
