*1 Free group or personal training session* *3 Free Boot Camp Classes* *I accept cash, check, or direct through PayPal* The following applies to 1 on 1 Personal Training If you come to my gym: - 1 HR Session: $40 - 8 1 HR Sessions: $280 (paid up front) - 12 1 HR Sessions: $480 (paid up front) If I come to your gym: - 1 HR Session - $50 - 8 1 HR Sessions - $350 (paid up front) - 12 1 HR Sessions - $500 (paid up front) The following applies to 1 on 2-4 Group Training If you come to my gym: - 1 HR Session - $25/person - 12 1 HR Sessions - $20/person If I go to your gym: - 1 HR Session - $30/person - 12 1 HR sessions - $25/person Boot Camp Class: Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday beach workouts with diet plans - $75/month
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact via phone call to discuss goals, workout time and location as well as gather basic info/questions and concerns you may have. Second step is a face to face initial assessment to gather the specific goal, measurements, weight, discuss programming, nutrition plan, pricing and frequency specifics as well as any other questions you may have. Once all the specifics are figured out, the remaining time will be dedicated to a workout. After the first two contacts are finished we will begin the journey towards reaching your goals!
