We hired Chef Nick for my sister’s birthday, and he absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. He prepared a beautiful American-style dinner for us that included two appetizers, and everything was incredible. The soup he made was honestly the best soup I’ve ever tried in my life—so flavorful and comforting. We also had a salad with amazing, fresh flavors that tasted so light and healthy. For the main course, he served steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus, and everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. The whole meal felt very balanced—rich but still light and fresh. What really stood out was Nick’s professionalism and care. He served us throughout the entire dinner, made the food quickly and efficiently, and handled everything so smoothly. After the meal, he cleaned up the entire kitchen and left everything spotless. He was also extremely respectful of the Airbnb we were staying in and followed all of the house rules without any issues. Nick is not only a talented chef but also a wonderful person to work with. The entire experience felt special and stress-free. I would recommend him 1,000% to anyone looking for an amazing private chef or catering experience.

We hired this private chef for a milestone birthday celebration, and he absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the start, the experience felt special and thoughtfully curated. The three flavors of hummus were fresh, creative, and bursting with flavor. The squash soup was silky, comforting, and perfectly seasoned. The main course was a beautifully cooked rack of lamb that was tender and flavorful, paired with roasted potatoes and asparagus that were done to perfection.
