For the main course, he served steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus, and everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. The whole meal felt very balanced—rich but still light and fresh.
What really stood out was Nick’s professionalism and care. He served us throughout the entire dinner, made the food quickly and efficiently, and handled everything so smoothly. After the meal, he cleaned up the entire kitchen and left everything spotless. He was also extremely respectful of the Airbnb we were staying in and followed all of the house rules without any issues.
Nick is not only a talented chef but also a wonderful person to work with. The entire experience felt special and stress-free. I would recommend him 1,000% to anyone looking for an amazing private chef or catering experience.
