- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a range of options for our services so you can choose the pricing that offers the best value to you. You make no commitment until you see how we can positively affect your health and wellness. We always send the trainer out for a meet and greet to assess the situatuion and make sure there is a good personality connection. You'll spend a fair amount of time together so it's important you like your trainer. If at any time you want to change it up with a new trainer, no problem. Our pricing is similar or better than reputable services that you have travel to, but of course our services come to you when and where you want them. We alos offer a trial 3-pack at $60 per session to really know if this is right for you. This optimizes your time and maximizes convenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our clients come to us for results, and to help them reach their goals we always ask questions and listen closely first. Each client brings a unique set of circumstances. We need to understand and customize programs based on their information. What are their goals? Experience Levels? What do they enjoy and dislike about fitness? What obstacles and pitfalls can get in the way? What motivates our clients? It is our job to help our clients progress, so we must plan appropriately. To know where you are going, you have to know where you have been. So, we collect data like weight, height, body fat percentage and perform a fit test to establish a base line. We then record performance to track improvement and identify deficiencies that may inhibit progress. We then refine and reassess periodically. Motivation is reinforced as our clients see progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our mobile fitness and wellness professionals are insured, certified / licensed, and most have Bachelors or Masters degree in Exercise Science related fields. Education paired with at least 5 years of experience is a minimum requirement to be a part of the SoFlo team. Lastly and most importantly you will be spending a lot of time with your professional. Its important that they are personable, punctual and can make staying fit and healthy as convenient as possible for you.
