FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally ask for $200 to develop and perform a custom ceremony. Additional charges may apply for a rehearsal or exceptional travel expense, but I strive to be very affordable. Couples generally have enough other expenses, and this is not my primary income source. I love performing wedding ceremonies, so I keep my part of the overall costs low. I can offer other services, such as wedding planning. I have experience in creating flowers, baking wedding cakes, catering, so I can be a valuable, affordable resource for a couple who seek assistance in planning their special day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask the couple to complete a short survey to collect the basic information that I need to create a custom ceremony for the couple. When it is ready, the couple have an opportunity to review and request revisions, until it meets with their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have performed many wedding ceremonies. I am an ordained minister, but am not associated with any specific religious organization. I am comfortable performing a wide-variety of ceremonies from a traditional Christian to a spiritual to a non-religious, civil ceremony.
