Ian and Adam did a fabulous job in rebuilding my home after it was destroyed by Hurricane Ian! It looks beautiful! Ian pays attention to every detail and is a perfectionist in terms of his craft and workmanship. Ian communicates with his clients and is always available to discuss your project with you. Adam is wonderful to work with and is extremely knowledgeable and communicative!

Voakes Construction replaced a wooden fence for my investor and did a fantastic job. The work was high quality, the price was good, and the job finished in a few days. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the level of detail, customization, and scope involved. Whether it's a luxury remodel or a well-scoped investment rehab, our pricing reflects the value, craftsmanship, and time required to do the job right.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts with a discovery call to understand your goals. From there, we schedule a walkthrough, offer recommendations, and provide a detailed scope and plan before any work begins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re Florida Certified General Contractors (CGC) and OSHA 30-hour certified. Our team stays current on code updates, permitting requirements, and the best practices for high-performance builds.
