- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing options for local moving is charged by the hour with no hidden fees or surprises. We are very straight forward. We have 2 hour minimum charge and a service charge. We provide all necessary tools and supplies such as (dollies, plastic wrap, furniture blankets, hand tools, lifting straps, etc.) at no additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first provide the customer an estimate on their move based on the details provided such as: size of current home, amount of goods to be moved, any specialty items and distance to be relocated. If the estimate/pricing is something the customer is comfortable with, we then proceed to schedule the move based on customers preference and availability. We try to accommodate customer needs as much as possible to provide a stress-free move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of combined professional moving experience. From small 1 bedroom apartments to 5,000 sq. ft. homes. Anything from loading/unloading trucks and containers, furniture assembly/disassembly. The only way to know how to move furniture items and direct a large move is to have multiple years of experience.
