FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida and a Certificate of Completion of training from the Florida School of Massage. I am licensed in the state of Florida.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with people of various backgrounds from the professional, college student, athletes, to retired, including students under 18.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a personal trainer or a massage therapist you need to find one who can get the job done with your goal as priority one. The provider should be able to do this with your safety as the initiator to achieving the goal. The service provider should display their certification and liability insurance upfront along with a demonstration of experience. Beware of the trainer that comes in hoping to sell you supplements and for someone reason only knows bodybuilding and nothing else. A great trainer will know what they are talking about and will be able to relay their message to the customer in a way the customer can understand. A massage therapist should have their state license ready for display and should have received the proper schooling to work as a massage therapist.
