Kalombo is a great coach. Patient and knowledgeable. Because of a knee injury, I was having problems working specific areas. He was able to teach me exercises I can do at home and the gym without creating pain in my knee. Also cut down my gym time with an all encompassing weight lifting circuit designed specifically for me.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We start with (1) a discovery call to establish a good fit. So we can (2) set SMART goals, we look into past successes and failures for a quick history. I provide (3) access to online courses to teach nutrition and meal planning. Locally, (4) I host ‘team fitness’ workout events in multiple locations to coach clients into their transformations.
