Introduction: I am only accepting commercial properties on a regular cutting schedule greater than $150 per service at this time. Owner-operated, 20 years experience, English as a first language. I have personally earned more than $1 Million doing lawn work. With only two exceptions, I haven’t missed a scheduled cut by more than two days in 20 years except for holidays. The work has been great over the first couple of months. My lawn has looked better than it has in years, and it's nice to have someone showing up on a regular schedule... instead of showing up when they felt like it. Highly recommended!!!

I have been mowing my own lawn since I was old enough to push a mower. I enjoyed spending the time in my yard. I always take pride in keeping my lawn mowed to the right height on a regular schedule. When life got so busy that I thought of hiring a company, I hesitated for months because I know that there are so many "mow, blow and go" companies from which to choose whose staff is always rotating. I prefer to have the same people coming to my yard. Sometimes my family and I are home when they arrive and we feel comfortable and respected. I am sure this is important to you too. Making a decision about hiring a company was hard for me but when we walked my property together and discussed my individual concerns, I found comfort in the professionalism that was presented. I have been a property manager for years and know the trade. Occasionally people come to me for advice on their property and ask me to train their team. When friends and neighbors compliment my yard and ask if I will take care of their property, I tell them that my property is maintained by Eikon Professional Maintenance, Corp. It is a nice feeling to come home to a well maintained yard that others admire. I must add that I am treated with respect and the customer service is well above what most people expect here in south Florida. Choose this company to make one more part of your life easier and free from worry. Here is another bonus. I also gained more space in my garage when I found someone else who could use my lawn equipment. This space was replace by bicycles since I have more time to spend with my family.
