There is always room for negotiation based on frequency and duration.

Our first meeting is usually to introduce and myself and get to know client. Also to discuss fitness goals and any other related details.

My certifications include Personal Training, Yoga, TRX suspension, Boot Camp, Zumba and Spinning.
