Nilda is an experienced trainer and I love working with her! She has been working with me, my sister, my mom, and my aunt. Each week she challenges us with different exercises. She is constantly providing modifications and progressions for the different exercises. She is always looking for ways to challenge us and meet us at our different fitness levels. Nilda always knows what to say to motivate us and get us to do one more rep. She also reminds us to listen to our bodies and is always checking to make sure we are using proper form.
