- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing based on the scope of damage and urgency of the service. Initial inspections are free for most cases, and all pricing is clearly explained before we start. No hidden fees — transparency is our standard. We also provide package pricing for combined services (e.g., water + mold restoration) and special discounts for seniors, military, and repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consultation to understand your situation. Then we dispatch a certified technician for an on-site inspection, usually within the same day. After assessing the damage, we provide a detailed estimate and walk you through the remediation or restoration process step by step. Once approved, our team starts work immediately to prevent further damage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are IICRC-certified in Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation. We also complete continuous training to stay up to date on Florida regulations and the latest restoration technology.
