FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our brand has excellent relationship with insurance companies, and they cover most of the costs in property damage restoration situations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As an international franchise, PuroClean has procedures for working with new customers. After the first contact, we set a time for an initial inspection of the affected property. After the site inspection, the technician will propose an initial scope and estimate amount. When the customer accepts these, we sign a work authorization and proceed with the mitigation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are IICRC certified. PuroClean's training Academy is based in Tamarac, Florida. We have a IICRC-approved 1,200 sq. foot flood house, which is the focal point of the real-life practical training of our technicians. Only one of 27 in the world, our facility is designed for real-life training in water damage remediation for any residence in any region of the country. In March 2019, we celebrated the 100th flood in the flood house, which marked a major company milestone and is a testament to the continued high level of water damage restoration training provided.
