I requested and paid for dryer duct cleaning. The person who performed the service showed up without the appropriate equipment (no ladder) and as such, was unable to properly complete the job. He was informed prior to arrival that the I live in a townhouse and that the duct was on the roof. He did not offer to come back, and we had to pay another company to come out and complete the job.

He was very polite, professional, and answered all of my questions and helped me pick the best filter for my needs. The company’s pricing is honest and transparent. No mess left behind after the job was finished. The quality of service was very good. A small area for improvement would be sealing the ducts off while cleaning.

For example, a competitor who is running a $8 a duct special told me over the phone that the AC intake is extra and the technician will tell me how much when they come. Yeh, right...

Hired this company to come out and clean my air ducts and vents. I was quoted one price and then got another for over $1,000 because I had mildew and apparent mold. I would highly suggest that you ask for an estimate before hiring them. Also, I requested before and after pictures since I was not presently there when this service was done and never received it. I would not recommend this company. After canceling my appointment 1 hour before he came the next day and attempted to sell me things I didn’t need. Took photos of a very clean duct and showed me but still expected me to pay him for a service I didn’t need. Even gave me attitude when I declined the service because it was clear that it was not needed. Do not advertise free estimate. You should charge to come out and give a consultation if that’s what you are expecting.

We needed our ducts cleaned because we are moving and the inspector said they thought mold was in the vents. We called to see if someone could come out right away and they were very accommodating. They showed up on time and Kit, our technician was AWESOME!! He explained everything as he was going and showed us before and after pictures of every vent. We had him clean the dryer vent as well as the A/C blower fan and it turned out wonderful. He even said there was no mold in the vents at all and everything was fine. I would highly highly highly recommend them. Honesty, professionalism and courteousness is not something you find much anymore so I was pleasantly surprised. Hands down would hire them again with no hesitation.
