We had been out of town and upon returning discovered that the AC unit was not functioning properly. David identified ice on the coiks and worked to defrost it, then checked for freon levels. The unit was almost empty, so he added the freon at $35/ lb. and the unit is working perfectly now. I felt that the process was very transparent and did not feel as if I was being taken advantage of. I was wary of being told I needed a new unit or a new blower etc. I appreciate that David was honest and friendly- a great guy!"See more

He was informed prior to arrival that the I live in a townhouse and that the duct was on the roof. He did not offer to come back, and we had to pay another company to come out and complete the job.

I needed to have duct cleaning done. The contractor came on a fairly short notice, showed up on-time. He was very polite, professional, and answered all of my questions and helped me pick the best filter for my needs. The company’s pricing is honest and transparent. No mess left behind after the job was finished. The quality of service was very good. A small area for improvement would be sealing the ducts off while cleaning. Unlike some competitors, there were no aggressive up-sells, like “$1000 disinfection, mold prevention mega platinum package “. For example, a competitor who is running a $8 a duct special told me over the phone that the AC intake is extra and the technician will tell me how much when they come. Yeh, right... The result - much fresher air at home. My wife has immediately noticed the difference. I will use them again without hesitation.

Hired this company to come out and clean my air ducts and vents. I was quoted one price and then got another for over $1,000 because I had mildew and apparent mold. I would highly suggest that you ask for an estimate before hiring them. Also, I requested before and after pictures since I was not presently there when this service was done and never received it. I felt a little cheated.

I would not recommend this company. After canceling my appointment 1 hour before he came the next day and attempted to sell me things I didn’t need. Took photos of a very clean duct and showed me but still expected me to pay him for a service I didn’t need. Even gave me attitude when I declined the service because it was clear that it was not needed. Do not advertise free estimate. You should charge to come out and give a consultation if that’s what you are expecting.
