Latest Review: I started personal training sessions with Brian about 4 months ago. I had not worked out with a trainer before and didn't know what to expect, but Brian was great. He listened to my needs and specifically tailors my workouts, they are challenging but you feel good after and I know those sessions are working towards my goals. I've lost 30 lbs, feel stronger, and have more energy. Brian is hardworking and driving, he is confident in what he is doing and has provided me with helpful advise for a previous shoulder injury I have and has tailored a nutrition program for me that has been very beneficial. He's a motivating expert trainer and a nice guy, I would recommend him to anyone.
