10. Body Image Fitness & Nutrition
"There are a lot of things we invest in life, and then wonder if it's all worth it in the end. I've been attending Boot Camp at Dariel's and Ladys' "Body Image Personal Fitness" for over a year now and all I can say that: being part of the Boot Camp classes are one of the best things to ever happen to me! Ever since I joined, I lost15lbs and got back to my ideal weight, not to mention that my run times improved by a whole min/mile. I started to feel better about myself and my overall health improved . They are not your typical trainers. When you are training with them, their ENTIRE focus is on you, and your fitness. Both are amazing trainers with many years of experience under their belt and they definitely keeps you on your toes with new workout sessions every class so your body doesn't get used to a certain regime that will result in minimal outcomes. Whenever I felt exhausted with a workout, they would always have something positive to say to encourage me to keep on going. Dariel and Ladys have given me a brand new outlook and appreciation for strength and cardiovascular training and although I still have a ways to go to reach my goal, I have no doubt that they will get me to my goal. Dariel and Ladys has helped to strengthen me physically, mentally, and are definitely one (TWO) of a kind! I would recommend Dariel's & Ladys' Boot Camp at "Body Image Personal Fitness" to anyone who needs that extra push to get to where they want to be physically...I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed.
