From his business name, you could be mistaken that all he does is plumbing, but he converted my garage into a master bedroom with a bathroom, and also put up a pavilion in my backyard. My experience with Brian from Dade-County Plumbing was nothing short of excellent! He responding almost immediately to my quote request and allowed me to explain what I needed. He confirmed that he could do the job and arranged to come the SAME DAY And AFTER work hours. I was so grateful because I needed help making sure I didn’t have leak in my bathroom pipes ASAP.
Upon arrival, Brian was professional, kind, and caring and allowed me to show him my bathrooms and ask tons of questions. He confirmed that he could fix my issue, quoted me a reasonable price, and went to work. He installed my shower head and replaced/installed a new tub spout securely, where previously there was not a secure one.
I absolutely plan to hire him again to replace my shower panel. Brian inspected that shower and made recommendations and said I can message to ask question to assure I buy the right products.
Overall, I had an excellent experience with this company that I only just found on Thumbtack a few hours ago. Brian was punctual, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely hire them again and will be recommending them to my friends and family.
