- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With the training I offer there are a few different prices available. The first price factor is, do I want to train one on one or in a group? Secondly, do I want to train in a personal training facility or outdoors? I offer prices for all of these options. The personal training facility I train out of has multiple prices and also has a free gym membership included with training. The prices for the gym goes as follows: One on One(1 hour) = $60 a session, One on One(30 minutes) = $40, Training with one other person(pair)(1 hour) = $45, Training as a pair for 30 minutes = $25 a person, Training with a group or 2 or more, 1 hour = $35, Training rate for teens for 1 hour session = $25. The studio offers packages of sessions, 10, 20, or 30 with one free session per 10. The training prices for outdoors training for my company are done at the beaches area. There are multiple location options depending on your convenience; Atlantic Bch, Neptune Bch, Jax Bchs, and Ponte Vedra. There are many beautiful parks that have great fitness trails I incorporate and plenty of sandy beaches. My rates for this service is as follows: One on one session, 45 minutes = $45, Training with partner(pair) 45 minutes = $50, Training as a group of 3 or more = $20 a person. These prices are the base pricing I use. I will negotiate monthly plans and pricing based on the clients personal circumstances and needs. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began my journey into the world of health and fitness by a pretty unconventional route. I have always been very active and sometimes you could say, overly active. In my history of HS sports and hobbies like surfing, mountain biking, road biking, BMX, skateboarding, and a plethora of other sports and interests I have sustained a few injuries. I have had 3 major knee operations, a double hernia, 2 herniated disks in my lower back, broken collar bone, and many other battle scars. After enduring these injuries and always finding the drive to bounce back stronger, it has inspired me to take my love of fitness and a healthy life to everyone I know and meet. I continue to try and carry the message that no matter how many aches and limitations we have, we can always find a way to be healthier.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my clients want to achieve a healthier, pain free life, by exercising and eating properly. I assist most people in getting more toned, stronger, and feeling more confident in their physical appearance. Most of my clients have multiple injuries and also require special strengthening that modifies standard exercises.
