Recently, our washing machine stopped working, and we contacted Alansy Appliance repair for repairs. After our call, the manager promptly arranged a visit of the master to our facility. The technician arrived on time, was very polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done to fix it. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently. The technician replaced the necessary parts and checked the operation of the machine after the repair.
Thanks to Alansy Appliance repair, we quickly solved the problem with the washing machine and now it works like new. We are very grateful for the professionalism and quality service.

Andriy was fantastic! We were able to schedule promptly and he was dedicating to doing whatever he could to help fix our ice issue with our fridge. He was able to work his magic and get it up and running again. We will definitely use the Appliance Repair Team again in the future for any issues that may come up & highly recommend.

Alansy Appliance repair is amazing! I’ve used this company twice over the years and both times I needed service they were flexible, reliable, and kind. This most recent service, Andriy came out and fix our dryer quickly. He was professional and prompt. The customer service over the phone is excellent as well. My technician was very professional and true to his word. I think the entire job was a might pricey, and I lost a lot of food because my 6 year old refrigerator went out, ( that surely wasn’t the technician’s fault).
