Met Jennifer several yrs ago at Zumba and found her amazing and awesome as a student. Short while later she began studying to teach fitness training and never met anyone as passionate as she was. Today was my first training session with Chad. We went thru several exercises to find out my strengths and my few weaknesses. I'm 60 years old. He listens and observes to see what would work best for me to build up my strength . THIS IS THE TYPE OF TRAINER I've been looking for. I've taken my before picture, now I can't wait to take the after! Money well spent!

After spending my life being underweight, I started working with Max in an effort to gain 20 pounds of lean muscle mass over 6 months. This was quite a commitment for me, and I knew it would be a challenge finding time in my busy life to make this goal a reality. After recording some baseline information Max and his assistant guided me to a training regimen personalized to my schedule and goals. Max proved very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge to assist me with my physical development. In addition to a personalized exercise routine and meal planning assistance, I was regularly motivated to continue pressing forward, even when I experienced a plateau in my gains and wanted to call it quits. While I didn't quite reach my 20 pound goal, I was able to put on a healthy 15 pounds in time for Summer which made my confidence soar while turning a few heads in the process.

Barry excels and understanding your goals and building the right balance of meal planning, workout frequency/intensity to help get the results you are going to the gym for. I've been training with Barry for almost 10 years and the discipline, simplicity and motivation he brings to the table separates him from a crowded pack of inexperienced and overpriced trainers. I've tried many and Barry has been my best personal training experience. Best bang for the buck and the most practical trainer you will find. I would highly recommend.

I have been working out with Tony for 13 years. Have been an athlete my whole life as a college soccer and lacrosse player,then a multi year Boston marathoner. My profession has a history of back and neck problems and my father had a dozen surgeries due to work related skeletal problems. Tony has taught me stretching, flexibility and core strength that has kept me healthy. Because of the training from Tony, at age 58, I can still pass the strength and conditioning screening test for Navy SEALs.
