After winning my first NPC (National Physique Committee) Championship at the age 40, a Muscle Physique Competition, and running multiple marathons, I understand that not everyone wants to take it to that level, but I will leave the door open just in case! In other words, we'll train to put you on the path to accomplish whatever goal you may have after you reach your primary goal!See more
