My father ran into Dan at a carnival he was very impressed with his set up. And hired him for my wedding . He made everything so easy . Also has a very helpful convienant website with a gig builder on it for everything you need for your event. Also the time line made the wedding so perfect for all the vendors . For anything I couldn't decide what I wanted for certain pieces of the wedding he found music I absolutely loved . I was so pleased how it all turned out, as the wedding grew closer I did not have a wedding event planner I was worried about keeping track of everything that was going on with the wedding that's when Dan suggested his wife crystal be a day planner to keep everything on track , which she has done before . She did a phenomenal job . Everything ran so smooth and everything went perfect . For the amount of money charged we felt we got such a good deal . The day of the wedding was perfect between the two of them everything was on time all the evened went flawlessly and turned out to be a beautiful day . Thank you so much Dan and crystal me and Ryan couldn't have done with without you . I would highly recommend everyone who has a upcoming wedding ;)

Kimber was absolutely incredible! Her skills are just as seen in photos but the best part is her friendly demeanor! The only thing I regret about hiring her and her team for my wedding hair and makeup is that I didn't meet her early enough to have her also be my wedding planner! Every detail covered with ease! Jessica contacted me through a thumbtack request and out of all the people that reached out to provide their services, she was the most genuine and helpful. I explained to her that we had a limited budget for my sister's wedding and she suggested we spoke so we could come up with alternatives. Jessica drove from Jacksonville to Gainesville to meet with us! Jessica is extremely professional and responsible and such a wonderful planner. I used to be a wedding planner and Jessica exceeded my expectations. She created all of the flower arrangements for the wedding and even created some we didn't ask for so she could decorate other areas. Jessica also brought her own supplies to use as decorations, including piping and draping for behind the sweetheart table, toasting flutes for the bride and groom, among other things. My family and I are very grateful for Jessica and her team. We can't thank her enough. The planning process was sooooo easy with her, I never had to remind her about anything, she was always on top of everything. The wedding day went without a hitch and we were able to enjoy getting ready and partying the night away! Thank you Jessica and also to your super sweet assistant!

Excellence, professional, sweet, warm and kind are a few words to describe Chimere. Chimere was my wedding planner and did an amazing job with everything. She put and kept my mind at ease throughout the entire process, and most importantly on the day of. In the beginning, I thought myself and family would be able make everything happen, but to tell you the truth, I am not sure what we would have done without Chimere's direction. She helped with delegating most things, but what was most important to me was her ability to keep me cool, calm, excited, and happy. I am very bossy at times, and manage many things, but with Chimere I felt comfortable with letting go and thus allowing her to take the lead. I trusted her direction and expertise, and in doing so it definitely paid off in the end. We had a beautiful wedding. Thanks Chimere! ;-)

When we began the wedding planning process we decided to go with a planner who we did not do any research on and that was a big mistake. The planner had no idea what they were doing and we were so confused. I found Lynne at a Bridal show and she was great! She understood everything we needed to get done and gave us a time line for things to get done. She took care of everything and made sure all of our vendors were on the same page. She even took care of the family issues I was having. Lynne was an absolute life saver. My wedding came out better than I had expected!!!

    Melissa is an amazing wedding planner and decorator!! I showed her a few ideas that I had and she ran with it creating more than I could have ever imagined. We had a super tight budget but with her talent and creativity she was able to give us a beautiful wedding and reception without going over it. I never felt worried or stressed, she took care of everything! I definitely recommend her!

    We used Patrick as our official photographer for our wedding back in December '14! When we first met up with Patrick, we saw all the wonderful work that he's done from previous weddings, and he goes above and beyond to see to it that his work is nothing but perfect! He thinks of the little things and gave good suggestions to make our special day a memorable one!     Tiffiany and her team were absolutely AMAZING in every way! The day of your wedding can be super stressful but Tiffany and her team handled everything like a pro! When certain vendors weren't where they needed to be, Tiffany wold find them and got them back on track. I would definitely recommend Trendy and Elegant Event 100%!

    If you are planning a wedding call Lisa! Lisa is literally outstanding. I'm a pretty laid back person and I like to be a part of the planning process. So I opted to choose my own vendors. She was never pushy, always very professional, she gave me tons of advice that helped make my wedding amazing. When I had issues with the vendors I chose, she was able to offer other vendors that did an excellent job! All of which spoke very highly of her and offered first rate service simply because of my connection with Lisa.     Hello, I have had Ms. Hicks do 2 baby showers for me & I also sent a lot of friends & family to her. She also gave them great attitudes & great ideas. Ms. Hicks has great prices & will do anything for anyone. She's a special person that has a great gift to plan & decorate different events.       A wedding planner is a professional service provider whose job it is to organize and execute all the details of a couple’s wedding. A wedding planner can be contracted at any stage in the wedding planning process to help to any degree the couple is willing to pay for. Wedding planning is similar to event planning in that a planning team handles the coordination of multiple wedding elements including catering, venue, guests, entertainment, decor, transportation and more. Anyone who has ever been involved in a wedding can confirm that wedding planning is hard work. Experience brings wisdom when it comes to avoiding or resolving day-of challenges. There is no legal regulatory body that oversees or certifies wedding planning as an industry. Anyone who chooses can call themselves a wedding planner.       How much do day-of wedding coordinators cost?

      A day-of wedding coordinator makes sure that every detail of your wedding day goes off without a hitch, and deals quickly and quietly with any last-minute emergencies. For many brides, the day-of wedding coordinator is their best investment! The average national cost for a wedding coordinator is $800 to $1,000. Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long. For example, a 15-hour day-of coordination costs an average of $600, plus an additional $45 per hour if the coordinator works more than the planned 15 hours. Another option is to hire a coordinator to manage the last-minute details leading up to the event; for example, 25 hours of month-of coordination costs an average of $1,200. Several factors affect the cost of day-of coordination, including the region, the planner’s experience, and the specifics of the wedding. If the ceremony and reception are in two different locations, expect to pay more than if they’re in the same place.       What should you ask a wedding coordinator?

      When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

      • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
      • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.
      • What is your speciality? Some coordinators specialize in day-of coordination, some create the overall vision, and others act as a producer. Make sure your wedding coordinator provides the type of services that will most help you create the event you have in mind, such as selecting vendors and handling their contracts, or managing the guest list and invitations.
      • What are your ideas for fulfilling our wedding vision? After you describe your dream wedding — rustic or sophisticated, traditional or funky — the wedding coordinator should be able to suggest appropriate venues, menus, decorations, etc..

      Do you have a portfolio? Ask to see photos of their favorite weddings, especially if they’ve managed any that are similar to what you have in mind. This will help you see if you like their style and if their ideas seem fresh and creative.

      Do I need a wedding day coordinator?

      Even if you’ve handled every detail of planning your wedding, you might appreciate having a day-of wedding coordinator in your corner. Usually, the coordinator meets with you a few weeks before your wedding to put together a detailed timeline of everything that needs to happen on your wedding day. Then, on the big day, the coordinator makes sure everything goes according to plan — and handles any emergencies that pop up, such as party crashers, missing tuxedos, late vendors, disappearing bridal party members and more. Most wedding coordinators also handle:

      • Distributing the wedding day timeline to all of your vendors.
      • Coordinating all of your vendors, including the photographer, florist and baker.
      • Conducting the wedding rehearsal.
      • Helping the bride and her wedding party get dressed and take photos.
