I was very appreciative that he came the same day the appointment I had with someone else that didn’t show up the time we agreed. As I advised before he arrived I did not need my bike fully assembled. I only needed the chain checked I installed since it was my first time putting this type of bike together, the baskets (front and back), and the brakes. So this should have been an hour maybe two tops. No, It took 3 hours. And the chain was only five minutes of the 3 hours since I correctly installed it. There was no way I could be in disagreement with him over price since he didn’t speak English we had to use a translator on his phone. So he said the rubbing sounds I heard was the new brakes, sort of correct, he never adjusted the tension on the brakes so they still laid against the tire. I actually paid him to leave and would have been better off taken the extra time doing it myself. I’m upset because he stated he had experience assembling bikes and we discussed what I needed even before he got here and after.
