Nate was very professional and I have to say that he takes more pride in his work than any other lawn care company I have used before. His work will take him a very long way.

Nathan an I negotiated and agreed to a level of service I needed which included the number of grass cuttings, edging, weed control (every two weeks) and blowing off of hard surfaces. I advised him at the time that I was a customer who paid for services rendered and was NOT an employer. I would not pay for vacation or sick times or equipment failures. The grass was to be cut the same day each week barring rain and then would be cut the next clear day. In the beginning everything was fine but then he began to break the agreement by moving the scheduled day until he was off by more than 5 days, taking vacations and sick weeks without adjusting the bill, not spraying weeds for weeks or months at a time and only mowed the front lawn and not the back. When I asked him to spray weeds that had not been attended to for over a month and were knee high he became extremely angry and accused me of constantly making special requests. My position was that we had agreed to a level of service for a set price (he was paid a month in advance by my bank) and I was trying to keep him to the original agreement. He stated he did not have the time to do this and my account was not worth it to him. He said his standard was to be done with a yard within 15 minutes during the summer. This was not discussed up front. He advised me he was dropping my account as I was too much trouble. I asked him if he would stay on until I found someone else and he agreed. When I did find someone else he became extremely angry again. I did not appreciate the childish tantrums and verbal abuse in the text messages, emails and phone calls I received from him. He was unprofessional and immature.

Monthly prices includes weekly visits in the summer and biweekly visits in the winter. Winter visits consists of keeping yards free of debris, annual cut-backs, etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started out as a summer job in high school and I ended up loving it.
