FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When paying for a roof repair or replacement, it can be a daunting task for any homeowner. Whether you are paying out of pocket or your homeowner's insurance is covering some or all of the cost, E2 Roofing is prepared to work with our customers on payment plans that work for you. Our standard payment plan requires a deposit at contract execution and the balance upon completion of our work. We offer military and first responder discounts and have a strong referral program for homeowners that refer us successfully to other homeowners that use our services. We accept cash, check and credit card and we offer financing as well. Beyond that, if there are extenuating circumstances, on a case by case basis, we will work with our homeowners to set up a personalized payment plan that works for all parties involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive initial contact that a customer is interested in speaking with us or has questions, within minutes if not hours, one of our team members will reach out via phone, text or email to set up a time to talk. We'd like to understand your needs and determine if an in-person on-site meeting would be helpful. If so, we will set up an appointment to inspect your roof and then explain our findings to you. If insurance is involved, we are here to help you through that process. We will provide you with clear and transparent pricing in a pressure free approach that allows you to take the time you need to make the decision as to whether or not we are the right fit for you for your roof. If we are, we will coordinate scheduling with you and move forward with coordinating your repairs or your roof's replacement. If you are not ready to make a decision, you will have our contact information so we may answer questions for you along your decision making process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I founded Elizabeth Evans Custom Homes and E2 Roofing in 2017 after working in the construction industry and serving in the US Army for seventeen years. I was still continuing my service at that point in the Florida National Guard and responding for Hurricane duty and saw the devastation these storm events were leaving behind. I decided after Hurricane Matthew and Irma that instead of working for other construction firms, it was time for me to start a company where I could help others. This is where Elizabeth Evans Custom Homes and E2 Roofing were born. I have a Civil Engineering degree from West Point and two masters degrees. One in business from Webster and one in strategic studies from the Joint War College. I am a licensed General and Roofing Contractor in Florida and a licensed Roofing Contractor in Tennessee. I have overseen over $600M worth of residential and commercial construction throughout my career. My largest command in the military was over 750 Combat Engineer Soldiers both stateside and overseas but my best training for the job is managing boy girl twin 9 year olds and a 6 year old son. So yes, I believe these credentials and those of my team, who far supersede me, are absolutely educated and trained to take very good care of your roof!
