After some finagling we finally had a date for them to come. Texted emailed finally had to call them. Made the appointment the night before I confirmed it. Waited for half an hour then called to see where Carlos was at. He says Orlando which is an hour away then he says shit! Then hangs up on me. I called back thinking ok maybe the call was dropped but no then he didn’t answer it rang and rang. Very unprofessional I would not recommend them at all this is a big job. Our house was hit by Irma last year needed alot of work done and was trying to get estimates.
