At Team Elite Fitness we understand not everyone enjoys going to the gym. The Elite workout is more more than just running on a treadmill for an hour or two. We make fitness fun. I want our clients to know and ask why we do a certain exercise, or why you should eat this and not that. Knowledge is power, and the more you understand about your body the easier it is to change.

My experience was nothing short of amazing with Elite Fitness. They make working out fun by keeping energy high and really finding unique and creative ways to keep you drawn in and focused on the workouts. Doesn't matter what level of fitness you are your guaranteed to learn a thing or two from Charlie. I been lifting since 2009 and Charlie help me to correct my form in squats to help my pain and make gains. Awesome guy who knows what he's doing. I'll definitely recommend him to everyone.

I love Men's Warehouse because they allow you to find items on your own while assisting you; not hounding you for a sale. Customer service is great. And when you've found an item that's of your liking, they will assist you
