Doesn't matter what level of fitness you are your guaranteed to learn a thing or two from Charlie. I been lifting since 2009 and Charlie help me to correct my form in squats to help my pain and make gains. Awesome guy who knows what he's doing. I'll definitely recommend him to everyone.

I love Men's Warehouse because they allow you to find items on your own while assisting you; not hounding you for a sale. Customer service is great. And when you've found an item that's of your liking, they will assist you

Personal training always on point! I never exercised, I was always running out of breath just walking out the door. Thanks to Team Elite Fitness I’m able to run and play with my kids without loosing my breath. This was by far the best decision I’ve ever made. Thanks guys!
