I have been working with Kevin for a few months now and have really enjoyed my sessions. He is very flexible and really pays attention to my interests/style. I look forward to many more sessions and the ability to play a few songs with good skill in the future. I have done in-person lessons as well as video sessions and both have been great. It's nice to have the different options. Kevin is awesome!

Kevin is an amazing teacher and coach! He helped me prepare for an audition that I was very nervous about. By the end of my 3 lessons with him I was ready to face the panel! I was surprised by Kevin's detail and patience. Definitely recommend his expertise!

Jillian has been a phenomenal teacher for me with learning the piano. I had little knowledge of the instrument and could not read music when I started. She is very patient and has a good pace with her lessons. She incorporates different exercises depending on what barriers the student is facing. Some of the exercises she even designed herself! All in all, Jillian has a fantastic talent for teaching that is matched well with her bubble personality. I have been taking lessons for about six months and I do not plan on stopping anytime soon.

Jillian is an excellent teacher. Both of my children took beginner piano lessons from her, and she was very motivating, clear, and helpful. They enjoyed learning from her. She found them interesting music and books. I highly recommend her as a teacher.

Daniel is a wonderful Teacher! He is very patient and makes my lessons so enjoyable. He is flexible, knowledgeable, and stresses the importance of making the lessons fun. Daniel is so encouraging which only makes me want to learn even more. Despite having him as an Instructor for a relatively short period of time, I am amazed at the advancement that I have made so far. If a particular piece of music poses difficulty, it is quickly grasped shortly after the piano lesson has ended. In addition to his teaching skills, he is an incredible piano player. My hope is to be half the piano player he is one day. And, as per usual, he is right there to reassure me that I am well on my way! Thank You Daniel for all of your efforts; it is a privilege to have you as my Teacher.

My daughter has been taught piano by Daniel Rodriquez for almost 2 years. She started at 5 y/o and her piano skills have quickly developed. He has taught my daughter piano skills that have given her confidence and discipline that affects all areas of her life. And he has not just taught her to play the piano, but has instilled in her a love of music. Daniel Rodriquez has really great skills for working with kids. He is very patient and has very creative ways to motivate and to keep her engaged. I would highly recommend Daniel Rodriquez as a music teacher. His dedication to teaching and his love of music make him a great music teacher.

Ms. Beverly was my first vocal coach out of three. She is knowledgeable, skilled, generous and a great communicator! I spent about three years with her as a student, and if I was still in town, I would take lessons with her. Her price is extremely reasonable and her investment in people is priceless. Choose her.

My experience at New World Music School has been great! My daughter's instructor Gabriel is doing an exceptional job. He is patient and able to teach my daughter at the level she is at, but also challenges her to go a little further. Gabriel, as well as his office staff are very personable and kind. There are closer music schools near my home, but I am glad that I found out about this school through thumtack and gave them a try. Great quality for the price!

I had a one-time lesson with Michelle the day before a performance with a band. I don't have much of a music background, but Michelle was able to explain things clearly with a little bit of music theory which I appreciated. She was able to help me transpose two songs to a different key. The performance went well, and I wouldn't have been able to do as well without her help. She was super flexible with me as she had never had a request like this before. I highly recommend her.

My daughter, Callie, really enjoyed her first lesson. Michelle is not only knowledgeable, she is kind, patient and extremely intuitive when it comes her students. She helped Callie feel relaxed, while challenging her enough to build her confidence. Michelle's empowering, interactive teaching style is a great fit for Callie.

Ms. Minnie is an awesome, loving and an extremely caring teacher. Ms. Minnie goes out of her way to make the children feel special and very confident about themselves. Ms. Minnie holds 2 recitals each year and my Daughter looks forward to every single one. She commends each chil with beautiful trophies and always has a special speech prepared for each of her students. My Daughter has been with her for 2 years and has mastered the piano to the fullest. She is about to start taking guitar lessons with Ms. Minnie really soon. I would recommend Ms. Minnie to any child or adult who is looking for a loving and concerned teacher and friend. She is the greatest!!

The piano teacher that they sent out to us is a wonderful and positive and talented woman named Katharine. I have two advanced pianists and she was fabulous with them both, especially the son that is now 14 who has become more reluctant about practicing. My younger son wanted to also learn the violin. Katharine plays and teaches both! She brought her violin and during his first lesson on her violin, Katharine discovered that my 12 year old son has perfect pitch! She is amazing and we are so glad that we went with Elite Music!

The best school in the Orlando area. I was having a very hard time finding a music teacher to come and give lessons to my children for both piano and guitar. I live way out in Windermere and no one would come out this way. Elite Music Instruction had one teacher that teachers both guitar and piano, so it made this whole thing even easier. I recommend Elite Music Instruction to all my fiends and to you too.

Ellen is the best! I love going to my weekly lessons with her. My piano skills have come a long way since I started taking lessons with her in January 2016. I am an adult student, but she knows how to work with children too-- I've seen her students as young as 4 play piano with confidence in front of a crowd. She definitely seems to have a great relationship with all her students. Highly recommend. :)

About

As a teacher, I focus equally on formal technique and personal expression. Mastering correct form provides the foundation, upon which a student's capacity for the latter may grow. I view our time together as an opportunity to encourage musical and personal growth. My goal is to encourage discipline while fostering creativity. Maintaining the student's interest by adapting my teaching methods to every individual is an important focus, as is engaging the student by allowing him/her choice in the material we learn in lessons. This not only facilitates a cooperative environment, but also allows me to tailor my teaching style to the student's interests, strengths, and learning preferences. My tuition for private instructions are as follows: * 30 minutes for $25 * 45 minutes for $37.50 * 60 minutes for $50 I believe music theory is an important focus for a student to understand how tones relate to each other in any piece of music. These relationships will be explored aurally, visually, and tactilely in all lessons. In teaching, my goal is to encourage students to learn and grow independently. In my studio (or your home), mistakes are opportunities for improvement. For the duration of our lesson, you (or your child) are in a nurturing zone of freedom of expression. Join me in an exploration of personal talent and creativity. Orlando Piano Lessons for Children through Adults. 15% off lessons held daytime before 3pm! Imagine winding down after work with a few ballads on the piano. Imagine your child ripping through a bunch of blues songs for his friends. Imagine leading sing-alongs with your family. Imagine escaping into an improvisation, or exploring creating your own compositions. To be human is to be musical. In today’s world, more than ever people feel a need to connect with what makes us human. We all deserve to have the expressive outlet of music. Why do so few of us play? Music lessons don’t always deliver successful results, don’t always turn out happily self-expressed musicians. It’s about time we found a way to reintroduce ourselves to the magic of music.

I am an 80 year male, live with my wife. I took lessons at Professor Messers for several years but must start over again. I have a casio keyboard in my study with my computers and exercise equipment. I decided to take piano lessons because it is therapeutical for my hands and fingers. I am not musical but I read music (some) and have studied music history. My wife's children (by a previous marriage) were musicians. I am a retired history professor and I write and edit history books. I do not expect to develop much in musical technique; what I am looking for is the discipline regular practice will promote.

I'm training as a flight student in Daytona 7 days a week. This is something I've always wanted to do (learn piano). I do not own a piano, but I could buy a keyboard to practice on at home. I am wanting to start something new and this is something I've always wanted to do, to get better at. I started when I was younger and dropped it and have always regretted it. Thank you.
