After speaking with him at least 3x to discuss the details of the job I needed done, he was right on time and made sure and took the time to show me exactly what the issue was. His work was detailed and, when he realized he needed something additional to finish the repair, he promptly took a couple of trips to purchase the part needed. He was pleasant and patient and talked me through exactly what he was doing. He is for sure our repair guy moving forward.

Our water wasn't hot and Rigo came out two days before the hurricane and was incredibly honest with us by telling us we did not need a new heater. He readjusted it and it's been fine. He's coming back today to fix a screen and do a few other things. Very personable and extremely capable. I would definitely hire him again.
