She is excellent and our dog can be challenging because he is a rescued dog and he has anxiety issues. He walked toward her and was at ease with her so she is the best, 100 recommended.

Melody is a FANTASTIC sitter! She dog sat our three furry babies and did an incredible job. She communicates well, sends updates and pics and loved on our pups. I don't think they wanted us to come home and have Melody leave! Thanks for everything, Melody...we will be booking you again soon!

Absolutely LOVE Libby and so did all 4 of my fur babies!! She took such great care of them while I was away. Stayed in my home and let them all sleep with her. She sent pictures regularly, walked and loved them tons! I had an unexpected situation come up that put me coming home later than I had originally told her and she saved the day and extended her time there. She is wonderful and I will be using her regularly! Thanks Libby!

Libby watched our animals for a long weekend and was great! She is very professional. My dog ran straight up to her and liked her right away. The cats were well taken care of. She adored our conure, even when he tried to pierce her ear. Our bearded dragon and fish were also well cared for. Would recommend her for all types of animals and will use her again.

I’m so happy I chose Libby to take care of my dog Cassie. If you want a dog sitter that’s loving and caring Libby is the person for you. I have never had this service before and I’m so glad I picked her. She came twice a day and slept over a few days, took pictures of Cassie throughout the day and kept me up-to-date with her little crazy antics. She really cared for my Cassie,!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is our full time job .....We offer AROUND THE CLOCK CARE for $85 for one dog up to 3 dogs it's $10 extra each animal We'll be happy to water plants, retrieve mail and packages,and bring in or take out your weekly trash ...at no extra cost of course
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want our clients to feel relaxed and confident they are leaving their pets with a responsible adult.We usually spend 1/2 hr to 1 hour getting to know my clients and their pets making sure everyone is comfortable and any questions answered.I know its usually the first time they have used a service. I'm proud to say all my clients are repeat clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am comfortable and have no problem administering medication, and or injections
