He cleared the blockage and got everything working properly again. He also took the time to explain some preventative maintenance tips to help avoid the issue in the future. Central Florida Air are now my go to for all things HVAC. I had a huge mold problem due to AC units not draining properly. I have two units side-by-side in the garage. They were sitting on a poorly built return air box that was collecting condensation. CFA was able to salvage one of the AC units and one had to be replaced. They removed the old box and the two HVAC units. They remediated the mold issue, constructed individual isolated return compartments for the unit they rehabbed and the new Goodman. They re-engineered the condensation lines to a design that ensures adequate flow of condensation to the outside. Their team was very meticulous, paying attention to every detail. They were very thoughtful in helping me understand every step they took to change what had become surely a health hazard. The end result is an incredibly clean installation. I’m incredibly thankful of their work. I highly recommend. I will hire again.
