I dont think I can even put in proper words a more glowing recommendation. Please if you need ANYTHING services related Call them first and stick with them. God truly put this company in our lives and works miracles and blessings. They will be recommended to literally any and all people I come in contact with going forward.Editing because the story itself is just beyond me and truly gives glory to God and immense thankfulness to Precision AC.My grandparents bought our home through the VA in October of 2025. Come January 2026 our AC broke. We went through our home warranty company and they sent out a company to inspect. While our claim was denied we still stayed with the company that was sent to us trust our Warranty plan sent someone accredited and trustworthy. That company told us we had a broken compressor and it needed replacing. They offered financing through a 3rd party lender and we did it. After installing they told us the board and compressor were not communicating and we had to increase loan to get a new board. We did. After that was installed we were told there was a broken sensor now so we increased the loan again. After that was installed it still wasnt working and was told there was nothing they could do and left high and dry with their tails tucked. They didnt care they still got paid. Fast forward to now June 2026. Weve had multiple other companies come out and tell us what a mess the first one did. That there is no fixing it. That it was so bad it looked like it was done on purpose. A family friend was able to rig the system so it would run a few days at a time then Id have to reboot and start it up again. This was getting us by until it stopped. I came home from work and my house was sitting at 90 degrees. I was horrified and sick. I have my grandfather (a disabled veteran with Alzheimers) and 2 new few weeks old puppies. The home was a hazard at this point for them. I was hopeless and had no idea where to turn. I posted on social media embarrassed to do so just hoping someone would offer advice at the least. I never expected Precision AC would see my post and reach out to me. They came out asap to diagnose my issues and when realized I needed an entire new unit they didnt blink an eye. The response and assistance was immediate. They installed a brand new unit for me at an impossibly low almost nonexistent price. When I tell you they are genuine angels sent from God I mean it. In this moment I know my parents and my grandma are looking down on my grandfather and I elated that good people still exist in this world. I havent stopped crying. When I say flock to them for business I mean it run like an Olympic track star towards them. I know Ill never use another company but them and the same should be said for everyone in the surrounding areas."See more
