FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the project, the materials required, and the level of preparation needed to ensure a high-quality result. Every project is different, so I always prefer to understand the customer’s needs first and then provide a clear and fair estimate. I focus on offering competitive pricing while maintaining high standards of workmanship and using quality materials. In some cases, I may offer discounts for larger projects or when multiple areas of the home are completed at the same time. My goal is always to be transparent about pricing so customers know exactly what to expect before the work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process usually begins with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs, the type of project they want, and their goals for the space. I may ask for photos of the area or schedule a visit to evaluate the project and provide an accurate estimate. Once we agree on the details, I explain the work process, materials, and timeline so the customer knows exactly what to expect. Preparation is very important in my work, so I make sure the surface and area are properly prepared before starting the installation. During the project, I focus on quality workmanship, cleanliness, and clear communication. My goal is always to complete the job professionally and make sure the customer is fully satisfied with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes primarily from hands-on experience working in the field with skilled professionals in flooring, tile installation, and surface coatings. Over the years, I have learned the proper techniques, tools, and preparation methods required to deliver durable and high-quality results. I continuously improve my skills by studying new products, installation systems, and industry best practices to ensure every project meets professional standards. Attention to detail, proper surface preparation, and using quality materials are key parts of my training and the way I approach every job. My goal is always to provide workmanship that is reliable, long-lasting, and exceeds customer expectations.
