Danielle has done an excellent job with being my personal trainer and has given me the encouragement I needed to accomplish my primary goals (which are to lose weight and stay fit). Bethany was amazing! She created a whole plan (meals and exercise) and explained nutrition and my body type throughly. I've been to other personal trainers that were very vague with nutrition and provided cookie cutter plans but this is not the case here. Within 2 months of following her plan I dropped 10 pounds and lost 5% body fat! Even after I moved overseas, she was flexible and we had Skype chats weekly for 30 minutes and she would review my food log and provide new exercises and recipes. Thank you for helping me the best I could be!
My original idea was to hire a trainer just to kick-start the new year... I've always worked out independently I'm a very motivated person but I was struggling a bit...I didn't think I was going to be able to afford to have a trainer for more than a month... After a week of training with Ryan I felt so incredible and the results were phenomenal...more than I would get working out everyday independently and I was having fun...I immediately knew that I had to figure out a way to make my personal training with Ryan a commitment in my life...I can't afford not to train is how I feel now and this is the truth...Im forever grateful... He's the real deal y'all!!! 5 Stars💪

Leslie Hughes was my personal trainer for almost a year. During that time I was having some difficulties with a shoulder problem and was taking physical therapy as well. Leslie was very good to teach me stretches and non-weight bearing exercises that were a tremendous help during that time. I've worked out with many strong personal trainers over the years and Heather is the best. She was very effective working through prior injuries, increasing strength to avoid future injury, and focusing workouts to regain lost mobility from injuries and build strength for ski season which were my primary goals. I wish she lived closer so I could work out with her again. It's been over a year since my training with Heather and I still feel stronger from it.

Ive worked with several trainers the past ten years, but Shane is the only one that got me where I wanted to be physically and also mentally. He helped me improve my nutrition and eating habits (think clean) and rebuild muscles that were just about gone due to several years of total inactivity. The weight came off and I felt better than I had in years! My endurance has really improved and now Ive incorporated kickbox ing and other activities into my workouts, but I continue to train with Shane because I know that when it comes to weight training .well, I just dont manage that important aspect of training as well on my own as when I work out with him! He knows my form, limits and strengths and trains me with efficiency so that with every rep I move closer to my goals plus hes a lot of fun!
What an amazing trainer!!! I was really on the fence about hiring a personal trainer, thinking that it was a luxury that I just didn't need. But after suffering from some health problems I realized that I needed professional help. Dee has been exactly what I needed. Her workouts are never boring and she pushes me just enough. I'm already seeing major changes in my health in just 6 months. And I'm so much happier. Nick is exactly what a personal trainer should be. He's professional, attentive, motivating and concerned for safety. I was looking for an hour long workout that would burn 1000 calories - something that would rival and exceed Orange Theory. Nick put together a plan that accomplished that goal in a way that kept it fun and safe even though it was pretty grueling. Great Experience!
