Keith and his team were super flexible about meeting and training place, etc. I felt that I was advised really well and honest( e.g. form of training, frequency, food, etc.) As far as the actual training, I have done many boot camps gyms, yoga and cycling classes but I can say this training is awesome, feels very effective, keeps me motivated and fun! I t’s been over a week and I already notice a difference! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get in shape!

I absolutely love Denise and their other trainers!!! I've been with them off and on for about 4yrs. However, last summer (2014) I decided to make a commitment and set not only weight loss goals but health goals. I was an insulin dependent diabetic with A1 C levels around 10 and now I'm off insulin my Al C levels are 7.6 and I've lost over 35 lbs. My weight loss would be greater if I followed the complete program. This team does an excellent job of modifying exercises for those of us with physical limitations and meeting you at your fitness level . They really now how to push you to the next level but also teach you how to protect your body. Again, THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!

I worked out with Craig a few years ago. The experience then was excellent. I only stopped due to some personal reasons. Unfortunately at that time, I "fell off the workout wagon". Iid not workout for almost 3 years. This made it even harder to get back into the gym. I was nervous and doubtful of ever being where I once was. I was in my mid 40s, maybe it was too late? I called Craig. He still had notes from when we worked out previously. He knew my capabilities better than I did. Craig had all the faith in the world in me. He is motivational and inspirational without being cheesy. He sincerely believed in me and helped me believe in myself again. After a few months my muscle tone is back. My clothes fit better and I have much more energy. I did not have specific weight loss goals, but I did have toning, energizing, nutritional and strength goals. I have met and exceeded all in less than 1 year. Craig advises me on nutrition, workouts when I travel for work and work/life balance. He is not only a trusted expert, but also a true friend.

Working with Daniel has been an amazing experience. His ability to pinpoint an individuals needs for muscle growth, to weight loss as well as dietary needs. He balances out the plan perfectly. I've always been a little overweight, but I've always been active. I went through a slump where I gained weight and was only happy in some aspects of my life. When I came to JT I came with an idea that I needed to lose weight to feel better about myself. You know.... Get back to my active frame. But what I have gotten out of this experience is so much more than that. Not only am I more physically fit, but I am more spiritually for as well. It's so nice coming to a Christian based gym where the energy is positively charged and healthy. It's not just about fitness and clean eating. It's about relationships and helping people become the best they can be both mentally and physically. I'm just thankful I've been able to be a part of this journey FitMethod 4:13 is on, regardless of how small my role may be. If you are looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, responsive and really wants you to succeed with your fitness goals, hire Francesca as your personal trainer. It will not matter if you are a beginner or a professional athlete, Francesca will format a training program to meet you at your level of need. At age 61, my husband desired to prioritize fitness for the first time in his life. Francesca motivated him to success. Two years later he still trains with her four mornings per week. I began training in my early 50s because none of my previous weight reduction tricks were working. Feeling successful was important to me. She created a meal plan and varied weight-lifting routines that continue to keep me feeling successful, motivated and interested. I look forward to working out. While I know that my training sessions will be physically challenging, somehow her attention to my proper form, her encouragement and enlightening direction make the time with Francesca very worthwhile. Today I have realized a wonderful outcome of the training - for the first time in a long time, I was able to look great in a snug fitting dress that shows off my figure!

I cannot think of a better, more inspirational trainer than Ali. Not only was I encouraged by her weight loss, her enthusiasm and energy made every workout fun and rewarding. I am so much stronger now than when we first started working out and I can't stop! She has motivated me to work out 5 days a week, including doing things I used to hate! She is super reliable, super fun and I miss her in LA desperately. You cannot go wrong using her as a trainer!

2009 was an amazing year for me in the area of health and fitness! I began January 1, 2009 with the resolution to lose weight through exercise and eating healthy because I was tired of being overweight. Here's what I did. I signed up for Ty and Rebekah’s boot camp several times throughout the year, I used the special cleanse multiple times and I changed my eating habits. The results have been fantastic! Check this out: in 12 months I lost 68 lbs and went from a size 16 down to a size 6! I never get tired of hearing all the compliments I’m getting from losing all that weight! I look better and I feel better. I am now in my healthy weight zone but still want to lose a few more pounds. I'm continuing to exercise and eat right and I will do the cleanse again to help me maintain my weight loss and would recommend it to anyone wanting to lose weight. I’m so thankful to Ty and Rebekah for the difference they have made in my life!

I began training with Mike in Sept of 2015. My goal at first was just to lose weight. But I soon discovered that being healthy and strong was more beneficial than simply focusing on weight loss. Mike is knowledgeable he has the right exercises no matter what modifications you need to get you to the next level. He is an encourager, a supporter, a professional and also you will not fail to laugh along the way. He has a heart to help people reach their full potential and he won't quit on you. His workouts are fun, can be modified to fit any fitness level and he is there to coach you the entire way. Plus, you get tips on nutrition and stretching and running. I actually lost about 45lbs from Sept 2015 to April 2016. Then I got pregnant and have not been able to go. My plan is certainly to go back to Mike after I deliver next month. The strength I gained from training with him pre-pregnancy has really helped this be a smooth 8 months! I can't wait to start training with Mike again. I would encourage anyone to step up and give him a try. He is such a nice guy that has such a wealth of knowledge and skills to show you the way to the strongest,healthiest, best version of the fit you...you can be!
