I believe in a compassionate, holistic, and functional approach to movement training and specialize in customizing sessions to your individual needs.
I strive to learn how my clients experience their body, brain, and environment so that together we can create a roadmap for healing & strengthening that actually works for your reality. I’ve found that different approaches works for different people so am very flexible in how our work together looks.
At age 20 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called psoriatic arthritis. This was the catalyst for me diving into the rehab, training, pain science, & trauma healing worlds.
I work with a variety of clients of all ages and backgrounds. Many have conditions (hypermobility syndrome, autoimmune illnesses, chronic pain, etc), are postpartum, or are interested in moving without pain, connecting to their bodies and enjoying their workouts.
