If you are looking for a caterer for any reason, stop your search here. Chef Brian is the greatest to work with! Dade County Food Group catered my 100 person wedding.... And HAMD MADE GNOCCHI for everyone. I believe Chef Carlos was up for many hours the night before rolling out the tiny gnocchi for my guests- now that's service! Cocktail hour was such a hit that my guests are still craving the chicken and waffles and bacon wrapped, goat cheese stuffed dates! (Ps- Please let Brian add bacon to your menu! They are bacon magicians). I had such a wonderful experience working with Brian and his entire team from the private food tasting, to his help with referrals, to my wedding day. Brian's staff was professional, looked great, was earlier than on time and even had everything cleaned and organized before they left. Now for Brian's wait staff and bartenders- my guests are STILL talking about the level or service they got! Usually people gush over the flowers, the food, or (blush) the bride! But my guests were most impressed with how wonderfully the staff served the food, tended the bar, cleaned up plates, and glasses never went empty! It started pouring after our cocktail hour, so Brian's staff physically moved one of the bars and all the alcohol/ drinks under the tent and kept pouring the bubbly. If there was an issue, I never knew about it. That's what you want on your wedding day- a caterer who serves amazing food and provides your guests with an amazing experience all while keeping you stress free! Thank you Brian, Carlos and team! You guys are my caterers for life !

Damaris was incredible. Not only as an officiant to our ceremony, but also by helping organize our bridal party, keep our bride at ease and recommend placement of the procession. She handled the wedding like a pro. She did our ceremony in bilingual nuptials and spoke clearly to the crowd. I highly recommend Damaris for a wedding of any size.

I hired Lori to cater my sister's bridal shower. We had a luau theme, and Lori came up with a great menu that fit the theme. Doreen and Bill were right on time and got right to work. They were awesome! They were friendly, polite to everyone, and kept the food coming! The bacon wrapped pineapple and mango chicken on the edible spoon were so yummy! Everyone loved them. The ladies also loved that the tails had been removed from the coconut shrimp, as we all struggle with how to bite them elegantly at parties, and then what to do with the tails? So, that was very thoughtful. Doreen and Bill had everything plated and ready to go right on time, and they filled anything that started to empty quickly and efficiently. I had the pistachio fish, which was so good. A lot of people had the chicken too. My grandmother said it was the best key lime pie she has ever had. Everyone I checked with said the food was very good, and many people asked for the caterer's name. I would definitely recommend Lori!

I had a wonderful experience with Rice catering from start to finish. He was super flexible in designing a menu, he was on time, and communicative. The food was delicious!!! We had brunch and mimosas for a bridal shower. It was elegant and satisfying. Not to mention Chef Wally’s personality is very relaxed and helpful. Guests started arriving and he had it all set up so that I could enjoy the party and I wasn’t in the kitchen the whole time. The bride is now considering having him cater her wedding. I will definitely hire him again.

Delux Events Decor really took the time to work with me and customize my flower selection to the T! I absolutely loved my bridal bouquet and had numerous people compliment it. The bridesmaids bouquets were gorgeous as well! I planned my Miami wedding while living in New York. Yrene was extremely helpful when last minute changes needed to be made and made me feel great about my flower choices. Working with Delux Events Decor made planning from such a distance a lot easier! I highly recommend!

Flor is awesome! She is easy to work with and very professional. She made my special day look BEAUTIFUL! Because I liked several things and couldn’t make up my mind on the exact details, I showed Flor some picture of what I was looking for and she made my flowers look exactly what I envisioned them looking like. The bridal party bouquets and groomsmen boutonnieres looked absolutely gorgeous. Our reception flowers arrangements were amazing too. I got many comments on how pretty the flower arrangements looked. The flowers also lasted for a long time after the fact. I would suggest Flor for any event!!!

Joy was extremely professional and was very thorough with questions regarding what I needed from her. She called me and left a message and was very quick regarding setting up a consultation as soon as possible which was more than the other artists who just sent a message. She did a great job with the sample make up which I loved!!! She also did a quick up do with my hair to kind of get a sense of what I wanted. Her prices are fair and she's will to work with you no matter the circumstance. I would highly recommend Joy for any event.

    The national average cost for wedding planning is between $990 and $1,300. Costs are greatly affected by region, with rural or smaller-town wedding planners often far more affordable than planners in higher-cost cities. Here are some examples of the various levels of wedding planning and their potential average costs:

    • Day-of-wedding coordination: $800-$1,700. Day-of services can include the planner finalizing all details, creating a timeline, confirming vendors and overseeing all setup, day-of activities, and cleanup. The couple does all the front-end planning and contracts all the vendors. Time commitment could be about 15-25 hours, depending on pricing.

For many brides, the day-of wedding coordinator is their best investment! The average national cost for a wedding coordinator is $800 to $1,000. Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long. For example, a 15-hour day-of coordination costs an average of $600, plus an additional $45 per hour if the coordinator works more than the planned 15 hours.
